わからなくもない ってどういう意味ですか？ わからない と同じ意味でしょうか？ あと、"わからないでもないけど"は英語で言うと、its not like I dont understand though" ですかね？

【わからない、というほどでもない】つまり、完全に同意できるほどでもないけれども、分かる。ということです。 I can't agree completely, but anywsys I understand.
