Hello Ezzat.
''mouldy'' means covered with ''mould'' (a green or grey growth that develops on old food or on objects that have been left for too long in warm, wet air), for example ''mouldy bread / mouldy cheese''.
"mouldy'' can also mean in an old-fashioned way ''unpleasant / of little value / not modern'', for example:
All he gave me was a mouldy old 50p.
The city's museums are filled with mouldy old collections.
I hope this helps :)

"Mould" is a kind of fungus that grows on things like food as they decay. It can also grow on walls and floors, or on fabrics, especially in damp conditions. So "mouldy" is the description of something that is now affected by the growth of mould.
E.g. "That bread has gone mouldy and you shouldn't eat it."
"The clothes were left in a damp place for too long and they have gone mouldy."
"The carpet in that room smells mouldy."
We also sometimes use the word "mouldy" in a metaphoric way to describe other things as being old fashioned and no longer very attractive. For example:
"His music playlist is full of mouldy oldies."
"All his ideas seem stale and mouldy to the young people he is trying to talk to."
