Neither is correct. You need a 'to' in there: 'are you going to hospital?' You are asking if the person is travelling, or going soon.
The 'do' form needs to be different: 'do you go to hospital'. That is the 'general case' - you are asking if they go regularly.

It should be like this:
"Are you going to hospital?"
"Do you go to hospital?"
"Are you going to hospital?" means you're asking someone whether he/ she is going to hospital now (in present or in the nearest future)
"Do you go to hospital?" means you're asking someone whether he/ she goes to hospital regularly (a habitual action)
An example:
"Do you smoke?" means you're asking a person if he has the habit of smoking.
"Are you smoking?" means whether the person is smoking now.

Agree with the others about "to" and in the USA, we would also add "the" before "hospital."

I dont know, but I think it needs to the..........example.........are you going to the hospital......? It means you are in action, going or not...........and do you go to the hospital,,,,,,,,it means, you are asking if you will do this, it could be tomorrow, next month, nex week, etc
