How to start improve listening?
I want to improve my listening english, but I confused where I start.
When I listen video public speaking, sometimes I get what he/she talked but sometimes I lost, do not get it. The most problem is I can not catched the fast speaking, all words blur on my brain.
Anyone can advise me what to do?

Good morning!
When I want to practicar muy listening skills, I use the app "Ted.com" .
It contains a lot of conferences.
You could choose the item that you prefer.
You can change the speed of the speech and you can choose with or without subtitles.
I recommend it for you.
Have a nice day!

I recommend watching videos or movies with subtitles in English. You can pause the video to read the subtitles slowly, and then listen again. You might need to listen to the same line a few times before you'll hear all the words. You'll get better at it over time. (You can also try listening to a line of speech, writing down all the words you hear, and then listening again with the subtitles turned on, so you can check how many of the words you understood on your own, and see which words you missed.)

Correction: you just have to continue listening (not have to be continue)
I hope that helps

Assalamu alaikum. Listening skills come with time. You just have to be continue listening regularly. Gradually, with time, you'll be able to understand more and more. I used to face similar problems a few years ago but now I have improved (although, still, there are occasions when I find difficulty in understanding some accents).
Depending on what your level is, you can use any of these tips:
1) Listen to English audios that are meant for teaching: These audios are recorded in a way that is easier to understand (usually they speak slow, using standard and formal pronunciations).
2) Choose an accent: As you would know, English is spoken in a variety of accents that can vary even in the same country. It would be better for a beginner to choose one of them (e.g. standard American accent) and get comfortable with it first before listening to other accents
3) Make use of subtitles: You can listen to those videos that have subtitles (or there's also an option in YouTube that generates subtitles). This can help you to understand words that you couldn't pick up while hearing.
