Is there other way to say things like this?
People have their own strengths and weakness.
People have their own advantages and disadvantages.
People have their own pros and cons.
Are they common to use like this? Do they sound natural? Is there any other way to say this?

Hi OnlineGame
The first sentence is great. The 2nd and 3rd sentences are a bit confusing. I may be wrong but I don't refer to people as having pros or cons or having advantages and disadvantages. To me advantages and disadvantages are the same as pros and cons and neither are attached to people. I suppose it could be right. My con/disadvantage is that I'm overweight but my pro/advantage is that my personality is great. We usually attach pros and cons to something. If I were going to buy a new house I would consider the pros/advantages and cons/disadvantages of the house before I buy. A list of pros and cons or advantages and disadvantages usually help us make a decision about something. :) So another example where people are related would be to make a list of advantages and disadvantages about a potential date or boss. :)
