누워서 전받같지만 감사함니다 is probably an error of one of the following (전받같지만 doesn't make sense).
- 누워서 절 받는 것 같지만 감사합니다 / 누워서 절 받기 같지만 감사합니다.
=> It's like getting a thank-you from you by begging/reminding you, but thank you.
* 누워서 = 눕다 + -아/어서 = by lying or dropping down on the floor (to beg).
* 절 받는 것 / 절 받기 = receiving a formal bow as a gesture of respect
* 절 = 1) a bow of the head, 2) traditional full-body action of dropping to the floor to show respect (큰절).
누워서 절 받기, 엎드려(서) 절 받기, or 옆(구리) 찔러서 절 받기 is a traditional saying describing a funny situation of receiving a perfunctory thank-you expressed from necessity or from being forced rather than out of a genuine feeling of gratitude. 누워서, 엎드려, 옆 찔러서 means "by begging the other person" (누워서, 엎드려) or "by poking their side to remind/prompt them" (옆(구리) 찔러서).
So it is not a nice thing to say. It is an expression of sarcasm or showing how one's feelings have been hurt because of the other person's behavior.
