Does the interjection "ha" exist?
I remember seeing it in many places as in informal stories, for example. I'm not sure anymore of it as there is "huh" interjection, and I think I confused that ("ha") with this ("huh").
I know that "ha" used, or one of its uses, at the end of questions and said in a sarcastic way like this:
"You want to challenge me, ha?"
Thank you

"Ha" at the end would be like laughing at something {as in finding the idea ridiculous}. So in your example, the tone would be: You want to challenge me? ...Ha! {Ex: I'm Usain Bolt and you just challenged me to a race. :D}
In conversational writing, I would tend to put this up front: "Ha, you want to challenge me?!" {="I can't believe you want to challenge me, you'll definitely lose!}

I agree with torusan. And if you were to use "huh" instead of "ha," it is similar to saying "yea" but with the same ridiculousness as "ha."
So you want to challenge me, huh?
So you're trying to sell this dirty old couch, huh?
Huh... who knew that would happen!
