Can we use yok or olmaz instead of Haır?
for example "
A:bir şey içermisin?
B:yok teşekkür ederim or olmaz teşekkür ederim
Do we have any alternatives rather than Hayır to say no

Here are the most common ways of saying "no" in Turkish.
The word "hayır" sounds rather strict (and sometimes aggressive) in everyday speech in Turkish, they is why you would hear native speakers use the word "yok" more often than "hayır". Especially in more formal situations, like the one you wrote, many people would say "yok sağulun or yok teşekkürler" as an answer.
"Olmaz" is also another way of saying "no" but we use it only when we wish to express that what the person is asking for is "not possible". Here are some different scenarios:
- Bir şey içer misiniz? ( at a restaurant)
- Hayır, teşekkürler (Sounds slightly rude)
- Yok, teşekkürler (a nice way of saying no)
-Bilgisayarını ödünç alabilir miyim? (Can I borrow your computer?)
- Hayır alamazsın (No way!)
- Olmaz, alamazsın (You can't- less harsh)
- Yok, alamazsın (Sorry, no. Not right now)
İşten erken çıkabilir miyim? (Can I leave work early?)
- Hayır çıkamazsın. (No way!)
- Olmaz, çıkamazsın (No you cannot!)
- Yok çıkamazsın (Not today, but maybe some other day)

Hi,
We dont use "olmaz" for this question.
Alternatively you can say;
- Sağol, ben almayım.
-Yok, sağol.
