I can't stress enough this point.
I can't stress this point too strongly.
Are they the same meaning?

Lee, the first sentence should read: I can't stress this point enough. It means that you can stress this point many times, and it will still not be enough.
The second sentence: I can't stress this point strongly enough: It means that you are unable to express this point in terms that would be strong enough to convey its meaning.
It is a very subtle difference, and one that English speakers don't really differentiate between on a day to day basis.
