Be/make sure
Be sure you've read it carefully. Make sure you've read it carefully. Is there any difference at all?

Make sure. Be sure is wrong.

Make sure is the option you want here. We use 'make sure' when we're talking about doing an action well or thoroughly. We use 'be sure' when we're asking if someone is certain about something.
'Are you certain you want to fly all the way to the US to meet him?'
'Yes, I'm sure.'
'Make sure you brush your teeth before bed!'

I think the "Make sure you've read it carefully." is the correct one. There's this rule, If it sounds right then it's correct 😉
