1. 몇 means 'how many'.
가지 is a counter used for counting 'kinds of items'.
2. '하' is a verb stem of '하다'(to do).
* 질문(을) 하다. --> to do (ask) a question
3. 질문 몇 가지 할 수 있을까요? = Can I ask some questions?
