汉语日常词汇:schedule, playground 与 amusement park 1) Which word should I use for "schedule"? 日常表?时刻表?程序表?计划表?My dictionary gives all of these words for "schedule" so I'm not sure if they all mean the same or if they are different types of schedules. 2) What word does Chinese use for "playground" for children? Many neighborhoods and parks have playgrounds where children can play. They have slides, poles, swing sets, etc. 3) Which word do you use for "amusement park"? I'm referring to places like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Six Flags, Knott's Berry Farm, etc. I don't know what amusement parks China has but I know there are many. (Oh, please don't tell me Chinese uses the same term for "playground" vs. "amusement park"... I hope it's not like 饭店 where the word can either be a "hotel" or a "restaurant"... Lol.)

1. 时刻表 and 计划表 are the most commonly used ones. 时刻表 is used in case of expressing specific times. For example: train's schedule:火车时刻表。 计划表 is more like a plan. For example, my schedule for this week:我这周的计划表。 日常表 and程序表 are rarely used in daily life. And 日程表 is another commonly used one. It can be generally used in many cases including specific times or plans. 2.3.:Technically, a playground in a park is 游乐场. An amusement park is 游乐园。But sometimes they are interchangeable given the context. But without context, most people will think 游乐场 to be a playground in a park and 游乐园 to be an amusement park.

如果是公交车或火车的话,我们英语比较喜欢说 bus schedule 或 bus timetable。但是我这边美国都说 bus schedule。

时刻表通常指火车发车或到站的时间。跟schedule没关系。

schedule最常用的翻译是日程表,你说的另外几个我们根本不用,真的。
