Often refered to as "extreme sports". These are sports that are involve a high degree of risk injuries.
Examples:
Freerunning
Motorcycle sports
Skydiving
Surfing

I googled the term and it seems that it refers to sports that involve a high risk like free climbing, skiing and sailing.
