Hi Alexandea
I think you meant to ask the difference between '이리 와봐요' and '이리오세요'. right?

"이리 대봐요." "Let me compare. = Let me see whether it fits." (It seems that someone says to check the fitting or taste whether their choice is good.)
대보다: 서로 견주어 보다. = 비교하다
-형과 내가 서로 키를 대보았다. (My brother and I compared our height.)
"이리 오세요" (It seems that sales clerk guide the customer to the fitting room to try on, saying "Come this way, please." compared to the other expression above, "이리 대봐요." (Let me compare. = Let me see whether it fits.)

I think it's wrong for you to write, "이리 대봐요."
"이리" means "here."
"이리 오세요" means "come here."
"대봐요" means "try" . "이리 대봐요" means I don't know what it means.
