Question for sales reps. How to handle the objection: "Thank you, I don't need anything" ? In my work I always have faced with this objection on the first stage of selling process. People just say: "Sorry, but we don't need anything, we use best solution "NAME OF COMPANY" and we totally OK with that" How to handle that and win the conversation to your side?
