a1) prendila tu, io non ne voglio.
a2) prendila tu, io non la voglio.
a3) prendila tu, a me non va.
Each of the previous forms is correct.
The most frequent form is (a3), a little less frequent is (a2).
Form (a1) is much less frequent, and as usually happens when using such forms, it could indicate an emphatic meaning, for example, in the case that the speaker has been recently ill because of beer or alcohol.
In this other case:
b0) Prendiamo anche delle patatine?
b1) Prendile tu, se vuoi, io non ne voglio.
b2) Prendile tu, se vuoi, io non le voglio.
As (b0) already contains 'delle', which is a partitive, the answer (b1) also has a partitive (ne)
and is therefore perfectly natural, as also (b2) is.
note: adding 'se vuoi' (or 'se ti vanno') makes the sentence more gentle.
