Franchisestore指(制造厂商授予联营店者）经销权的商店，即“特许经营”（KFC， M记， 必胜客， holiday inn， 7-11……这些都是）；
Chain stores是连锁店，总公司和连锁店彼此都是独立的商业主体。
估计你问的，应该是chain store。
