These are not good sentences in Korean. It is hard to understand even for Koreans. Google search showed the full lyric. The song is basically about this: "I want to break up but it is hard to say ...I should say ... because ...". The sentence can be understood like this: you also know.. in this way, I may make it hard for you and for us to remeber the good memories.
