"Small/tiny/little deal" is not natural?
"It's just a small/little/tiny deal. Don't worry."
I only hear "It's not a big deal". But what if I want to address that it's tiny? Can I say "small/little/tiny deal" and be natural?
Thank you.

Normally we would only use "It's not a big deal."
If you want to emphasize your point, you could say something else like "It's insignificant/inconsequential," "It's just a small matter/issue/detail," etc.

That wouldn't be natural. People say "it's not a big deal" but would not replace that with "it is a small deal" or anything. Usually they would also follow "it's not a big deal" with "it's nothing." and "don't worry about it."
