bear-bore-born
Are "bear" and "bore" ever used to mean give birth?
It's only used in passive form as in "I was born."?

you can say "to bear children" or "to bear offsprings", but it's extremely formal in usage.

Hi Tiger. One definition of the verb "to bear" is to give birth. Example: Women bear children. The past tense of bear is bore. Example: She bore three children over six years.
Have is the more common verb to use in this context. Example: Women have children (or women give birth to children). Example: She had three children over six years.
