Are people used to say 'long patience' or 'much patience'? are they the almost the same?
Hi, it is better to say" I have a lot of patience" or you can say, "I do not have much patience with lazy people"

"Long patience" is definitely incorrect, and it sounds strange.
You can say "much patience", "lots of patience" or "a lot of patience" (as Jura said).
In the negative, you can say "little patience" or "no patience".
