I agree as I believe that small habits daily result in large results down the line! Healthy eating results in increased micronutrient intake such as vitamins which will really result in better health long term. Healthy eating for a week couldn’t do that! Any other fitness related questions I’d love to hear them as I worked in the fitness industry for many years here in the UK! Speak soon! Andy

I am sure that healthy eating is the most important ingredient in one's healthy lifestyle. Years ago I decided that I want to lose weight and I bought a cross-trainer. I've already had some health issues but I didn't change my diet. No improvement in my condition followed - I didn't lose any weight, and soon doctors found stones in my gallbladder. I had to change dramatically my way of eating. I had to adhere only to healthy products and cooking techniques and, in a year, I had lost 25 kilos. Doctors forbid me using my cross trainer and I had to sell it. In December last year, I removed my gallbladder. That's how I learned the hard way - it is useless and even dangerous to only do exercise without changing one's diet. Healthy eating is the most important condition for being in good health.

yes I agree , as we know , many disease from unhealthy food. if you often go to the gym , you must heard a muscle man who is your teacher said "hey man or beauty , you should remember to eat by my healthy menu ! yeah, I trust you can do that! "
