What does this means ?!
חִכּוֹ֙ מַֽמְתַקִּ֔ים וְכֻלּ֖וֹ מַחֲּמַדִּ֑ים
A translation of each word and as a sentence is preferred.

חכו - his palate, meaning the area in the mouth which is the palate
ממתקים candy/sweet
כלו all of him
מחמדים - means something like very friendly and nice and clean
BUT ---- those are the words, it doesn't really give you a correct translation of what is written of course. this is taken from the book of songs in the bible (שיר השירים), and many jewish interpreters were trying to decipher these words and the whole chapter (chapter 5).
first let me suggest that you use this instead: חִכּוֹ, מַמְתַקִּים, וְכֻלּוֹ, מַחֲמַדִּים ---- your version has some signs - NIKUD that isn't used today, I'm not sure what the source of them is, I'm not familiar with them.
in general the girl who likes with this guy is telling her friends about him, saying to the girls of jerusalem (her friends) that his palate is candy (he talks sweet) and the whole of him is cute.
this is one interpretation though, there are others that take those words into a little different places

Those extra marks are cantillation signs. They were similar to today’s punctuation, and indicated the rhythm, stress, and melody:

For English / Hebrew, I like this online version:
