돌려서 말하다 to tell something indirectly So it is used when you wanna give someone an advice and you don't wanna to make him feel bad In the same way, 돌려서 까다 = 돌려까다 can mean someone is bullying or insulting or pointing out indirectly. There is the other meaning which is possible. 돌려서 ~하다 can mean a goup of people is doing something by having their own turns So in this case, many ppl are insulting someone by having their own turns The last one is not like the proper way to say So just take it as reference haha
