All three refer to acceptance of something that was difficult for you at first - most likely something out of your control. "Resigned oneself to" means you have accepted it but don't like it. "Make my peace with" is the opposite. It means you have accepted it and are no longer bothered by it. "Come to terms with" is in the middle. It means you accepted it, but only context will tell if you are okay with it or not.

To make peace with something, or come to terms with something, shows an open mind and an understanding of yourself, and that you understand that person/thing/event, and have actively decided to accept whatever it is because you are a good person and don't want to remain upset at something/someone. To resign yourself to something means that you don't really like it, you don't really accept it, but you know it won't change, so you accept that it is what it is.

To resign oneself to something – это подчёркивает, что ты в твоей душе как бы сдался обстоятельствам. To make one's peace with something – это подчёркивает, что ты нашёл покой внутри себя. To come to terms with something – это более нейтрально, ты просто смирился с тем, что произошло. Но это нюансы. По большому счёту эти выражения очень похожи.

Hello! "To resign oneself" means to accept something that is bad and that cannot be changed or undone. For example: "We need to resign ourselves to the fact that we are losing this game". "To make my peace" means to reconcile with or accept something that was previously a source of stress. For example: "It's time for me to make my peace with my family after being in conflict for so long". "To come to terms with" means to accept a new and difficult event or situation. For example: "I have to come to terms with the fact that my job is not secure anymore and that I will probably be retrenched soon." I hope that helps!
