The phrase "there we go" could be a way of expressing that one has been successful at something. For example:
I can't seem to get the door open; the key is stuck. Ah, "there we go", it's open.
And
The phrase "there you go" means "this is what you wanted" or it is used to express confirmation, triumph, or resignation. For example:
"There you go, your takeaway order is ready."
or
"There you go! I told you that our team would win!"

Hi Ramin,
'There we go' implies a sort of team effort. You and other people are working on solving a problem.
'There you go' implies you are watching someone solving a problem, but you are not helping them. So when they succeed, you will just say 'there you go.'
