A computer/application is frozen vs A computer/application is stuck (Meaning and Difference)
In the context of technology, I would like to know when I should say that "a computer/application is frozen," and when "a computer/application is stuck."
I wonder if both expressions mean "a computer/application is not working," or "a computer/application stopped working."

I too work, ...
I'd generally think of "crashed" as faulted and exited, that is the application is no longer running.
frozen and stuck, I'd interpret as the operation system still thinks it is running, the window is still present on the screen, still in the process list, possibly seen to be unresponsive, but not crashed.
I've had many things that freeze, for a while before eventually crashing..

Hey there. I work in technology.
A computer application is stuck/A computer application is frozen/A computer application crashed
All of these would mean the same thing. I have heard all of them in common usage. However, most people would not say application, they would say program.
A program is frozen/stuck/crashed.
Also,
These are not the same
1. "A computer is frozen/stuck/crashed"
2. "A program is frozen/stuck/crashed"

Thanks, Marlon! I wonder if by saying 'an application crashed' it means 'an application closed unexpectedly.'
