Hmmm... well I am only learning too, so I am not sure, but I think you'd want something more along the lines of... 그들은 너무 귀여워 죽겠어요! ... but again... I am just learning too.

You don't have to translate "it". You can just 귀여워죽겠어 if the listener knows what you're talking about.
