Regret to say, but 'active', 'fighting' or 'struggling' are all wrong. Indeed, 'energetic' is a good synonym; or 'full of life; lively.'
At times it can mean 'strong' as well. But be careful with those synonyms again, because when it means 'strong,' it only does so in a very narrow sense of the word, like: "strong (as the result of good health; hence 'healthy')," and not 'strong' as in being able to fight well in the schoolyard!

From the choices, it would be B. Healthy
But I think it's better to use energetic or lively

ooopppsss, yes, I should'nt have included 'fighting' or 'struggling' as the synonym for "vigorous"...
however, 'strong and active (physically or mentally)' can equal the meaning of "vigorous":
"a vigorous old man who spent half of his day on horseback"
thanks Mark! I owe you one.
