Hand you a dried fruit
What does it mean, as in "Ask her out, and she will hand you a dried fruit"
Refuse?@Richard : I was almost sure this means 'to refuse' XD
@Marie-Hélène : Now I think so too!
@Jura : Haha :)
@luciusverus : I've just checked what date palm trees look like, and laughed for ages ;)
Thank you all of you!

This is actually a play on the words and is meant as a joke.
To ask for a "date" means to go out with someone special to you.
Incidentally, A "date" is also a fruit of the "date palm tree" which is common in the Middle East and is often processed as a dried fruit.
:Ask her out (ask her for a date), and she will hand you a dried fruit (and she will hand you a date)
