你好,
someone can show their anger in two ways; being silent or being ferocious. you can be angry by just simply shutting up your mouth and let things happen.
but when someone shows furiosness, it is always marked by extreme violent, raging or even wild emotion.
example:
turning your back away from your inconsiderate boss for instance might show your anger towards him/her. breaking a pencil or raising your voice, or even attacking your inconsiderate boss would apparently show your furiousness.

I think while angry, you might still maintain some reason and logic (maybe).
When furious, you lose all sense of reason. Like rage.

Hi, when you are angry you are: furious, indignant, irate, ireful, mad, wrathful.
When you are furious you are extremely angry and feel frenzied, infuriated, incensed, enraged, maddened, inflamed.
