Can anyone translate the following text from Spanish to English for me?
My friend received a text saying "q tal esa munyeca pubrecito . pues el dia q tal vnga mjr avisame y m paso a vrte. qt majores mozalbete y tocate mucho."
He asked me for the translation.
Unfortunately my Spanish isn't that great so could anyone help me out with a translation?
I would be most appreciative :)

This is very colloquial spanish, with many grammar and orthography errors. It would be good if you gave us some more details. As I understand it, it should say (in right Spanish grammar)
Que tal esa muñeca? Pobrecito. Pues el dia que vengas mejor avisame y paso a verte. Que te mejores mozalbete, y tocate mucho.
How's that wrist? Poor of you. Tell me when you're coming and I'll drop by. Get better boy, and touch yourself a lot.
Muñeca (here spelt munyeca) could be either wrist or beautiful girl. I decided to use the former because after they say pobrecito, or poor of you (said to a man)
I don't know which country this Spanish is from (it would be helpful to know). Maybe "touch yourself a lot" is an idiom to say take care...
