C*nt has got to be the worst word in the English language. It's one of the only ones that still has some shock value. Better if you pronounce "can't" the American way for now especially when you're around Americans, they would misunderstand more easily.

Serious? I guess you mean pronunciation. I'll just describe the first word if that's OK with everyone. ;) "Can't" has two possible pronunciations. The US method is to simply pronounce "can" and add the "t" on the end. The British method is to change the vowel to a longer "ahh" sound: "Cahhhnt". Long vowel sounds don't really work in offensive words. Go long!! ;)
