what's the different between 'many times' and 'for many times' when they're used in the end of a sentence? what's the difference between 'many times' and 'for many times' when they're used in the end of a sentence?

James is right, that an example would help. "Many times" they can mean the same thing. If you add "the" to the second phrase - "for the many times". In this case, it would mean "In case this happens, which it does often,..." You would expect some phrase after. Example: "For the many times that we get up tired, a cup of coffee helps" Again, if you gave examples, it would help.
