Here i just want to give you a piece of ideas about some places in China, Shanghai is one of the biggest city in China, it exactly has a very large international community, and Shangai is very popular recently since EXPRO, I think it's a good choice for starting a job for a non-local man in China, however, Shenzhen is also a very open city, almost 95% of the people in Shenzhen are come form different places, from everwhere in China and all the world, and Shenzhen is near HongKong, which is very convenient for passing in and out China.

I want to work in finance and business, so Shanghai is my first choice. Shanghai also has a very large international community and it seems more adventurous and free-thinking than other places in China. These are just my impressions and I haven't yet been to Shanghai, so I could be wrong.
