ARE THERE ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN "Eternal" and "Everlasting"? or
IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN .....
Because both mean the same in Spanish.
My answer:
They also both mean the same thing in English.
The two words are synonyms.
'Eternal' and 'everlasting' both mean: lasting forever, without end, until the end of time, unending, never-ending, immortal ... etc.
In Christian religions (and probably other religions as well) we talk about 'everlasting peace/faith/hope' or 'eternal peace/faith/hope'.

Eternal/everlasting is one of English's many Romantic-Germanic doubles (such as: royal/kingly, fiancé/betrothed etc.) Sometimes, the meanings differ slightly between the paired words, or one of the words is rarely used outside certain situations (or considered archaic). In this case, the words are pretty much inchangeable and can be used according to preference.
