you can copy them on a webpage and then save in a text file or use Chinese IME(input method editor) with pinyin such as Google Pinyin-> http://http://tools.google.com/pinyin/

wǒ , you can in the top shed "insert" choose "symbol", and then insert the letter with tone. e.g ō,ó,ǒ,ò.
