What is the grammatical meaning of "pa" in Spanish?
I've heard "pa" in expressions before like "lo mandó pa´l carajo" (sent him to hell), but I've never seen it before in any of my spanish textbooks so I'm confused about its exact meaning. Gracias!
Lovely question! haha
"pa" is apocopate from "para" .
Vamos pallá= Vamos para allá.
Vamos pal fondo = Vamos para el fondo"
Is like in English, when you say:
I wanna learn or wassup

Hi Trey,
"Pa" is slang: It means "para" , but we are a little bit lazy, so we just say "pa" sometimes :)
