'Jiya' means 'Heart' or 'Life'.
''Dhadak' means 'throbbing'.
Therefore, the phrase means 'My Heart is throbbing'. I'm sure this is from a Bollywood song, as people don't use such a phrase colloquially.

jiya dhadak dhadak jaye is totally a poetic line because in normal language we generally dont use verb+'e' to denote simple present which is what done here
jaaye- goes
first converting it into general language itself
we can write it as
jiya dhadak jata hai.
Looking to this sentence any can easily translate.

my heart goes throbbing.
But i will say
'my heart gets throbbed'
is closest n most accurate translation
