"Jiya Dhadak Dhadak Jaye" This line, I believe, must hv been taken from a nice hindi song. Well!!! The meaning of the this poetic line is "Heart throbs"

'Jiya' means 'Heart' or 'Life'. ''Dhadak' means 'throbbing'. Therefore, the phrase means 'My Heart is throbbing'. I'm sure this is from a Bollywood song, as people don't use such a phrase colloquially. Cheers. :-)

jiya dhadak dhadak jaye is totally a poetic line because in normal language we generally dont use verb+'e' to denote simple present which is what done here jaaye- goes first converting it into general language itself we can write it as jiya dhadak jata hai. Looking to this sentence any can easily translate. XiaoHei did a very close translation (see comments) my heart goes throbbing. But i will say 'my heart gets throbbed' is closest n most accurate translation
