Get yourself a boyfriend from Europe that speak perfect English. There are plenty of guys in Shanghai, so why don't you visit the place from time to time?

You don't have to travel to another place or look for English speaking guys to improve your English. You can use italki or any other website to find English native speakers form all walks of life (teachers, students, etc) who are willing to help others learn the language. You can communicate with them by emails, forums and chat ;)
