工程= engineering project 项目= item; article; clause 图纸= blueprint; drawing 方案= scheme; plan; program; project 预算= Budget 招标= invite bid; call for bid; to invite public bidding 中标= win the bidding (中标者 successful bidder)

工程通常用 engineering ，而project是项目。 在中国工程界，设计也用engineering ，construction 施工，国外叫建造， porcurement 采购。所谓EPC就是这三个。 图纸通常就是 drawing 。方案program 或直接就是plan。预算budget，而有些时候叫 CE ，cost estimate，造价，譬如预算员的职称是造价工程师。招标 invitation to tender 。投标 bid。中标 win the award，win the bid 。
