On which keyboard input system should I focus: QuanPin, MS Pinyin IME, NeiMa, ShuangPin or ZhengMa?
I am learning Manderin. I don't know any Chinese. Which method would be most helpful?

刚开始的时候建议你用智能abc，熟练后换其他的都可以，现在比较好用的是Sogou

All of them are a little obsolete. You can download Sogou Pinyin or Google Pinyin through the Internet~
