I don't think 약오르지 and 깎꿍 are often used in the same sentence. 약오르지 literally means "Don't you feel frustration boiling within you?" It is usually followed by 메롱 (often with the tongue out). Here is an example. Let's say I hit my brother, runs behind a tree, and screams 약오르지 or 약오르지롱 because he can't hit me back. It's a kind of teasing expression. 깎꿍 is peekaboo in Korean, usually used for babes.
