Heaven is generally the name that religious people give to the place where good people go after they die.
Paradise is the name of the garden where, in the Bible story, Adam and Eve lived before they sinned and were forced to live as mortal humans.
Sometimes these words are used in almost the same way when we talk about things in daily life, but generally, the word "heaven" is used for a nice place you can go to after you die, and "paradise" is a place you can go to before you die.
.....................
Heaven may refer to the physical heavens, the sky or the seemingly endless expanse of the universe beyond.
"The parable of the Garden which the righteous are promised! Beneath it flow rivers. Perpetual is the fruits thereof and the shade therein. Such is the End of the Righteous; and the end of the unbelievers is the Fire." Quran verse 35 of Surah Al-Ra’d
Paradise is an idealized place in which existence is positive, harmonious and timeless. It is conceptually a counter-image of the miseries of human civilization, and in paradise there is only peace, prosperity, and happiness. Paradise is a place of contentment, but it is not necessarily a land of luxury and idleness. It is often used in the same context as that of utopia.

from my understanding 'paradise' is a synonym for 'heaven'; synonyms are words that have the same meaning or nearly the same meaning as another e.g bucket and a pail
