When do you say "Spare me." ?

This is often said when you don't want to hear the rest of something. You say "Spare me the details" or just "Spare me" if someone is telling a story or talking about someone or a topic you don't care for and you want them to stop talking about it. It's usually considered rude unless it's to a good friend who understands.

1) spare me = give me a break = 'yea right!, I don't want to hear it! = 拜托 / 少来 的意思 (for those who are chinese speakers)
