haha..친친!!
I guess "친친" will be the short version of "친*한 친*구", and "츰" should be "음".
so I can say "I am going to make lots of good friends for you".

오겠츰 -> this is not corrected. Just teenagers use.
내가 친한 친구 많이 만들어 올게. (=내가 친친 많이 만들어오겠츰)

친친, This is not formal speaking. For instance, generally, teenagers say that.
