What does this sentence mean: Today I do, tomorrow I will? I know it's some kind of motivation. Does it mean that tomorrow will be better or someting like that?

It's an irony. Most people tend to say today: I will do it tomorrow. And it never gets done. The phrase suggest bypassing the "I'll do it" stage, and doing it immediately.

Perhaps you need to think and act about today and now. Tomorrow is another time and you will think in what to do only tomorrow: you “will”.
