I have no, but I'm still seeking for a partner in learning English. Because I'm a new here and hopefully, I've a partner later as well.

Zoe you have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Many people posted that they were looking for language partners. I replied them then did not hear any news!!! Some agreed to talk on a certain date and time but did not turp up!!! So far one person really turned up as promised and she is Russian. I think Russians are serious. People from some countries (I won't mention where) tend to be less reliable!! Or maybe it's just them and not fair to say these countries.

I have met 4 people on this platform. Though i lost contact of one person completely even after having a good start, I still have one person who talks everyday. The other two people talk once in a while. Sometimes though I'm very open minded and free to talk others never contacted me. So finally what I think is if you have met and come across a few sincere people its enough.

I have a bad experience uptill now i couldn't find any person who stayed up with me more than 2 months. Now i started to make friends of small age or old people.They really care about the relationship and have sincerity. Secondly ask your language partners to make their goals crystal clear.
