What's the difference between
"protagonist", "leading role", "main charactor" and "hero/heroine"?

"Leading role" suggests it is one of the main characters, not necessarily the "lead role" (hero/protagonist) the lead role, hero or protagonst is the usually the focus of the drama.

They all mean the same it's like they all are the main focus of the movie or series

In the context of a book or film, they are pretty much the same thing.
