Hi Muhammad,
They are basically the same. The only difference is that the first one maybe you are just asking for an answer to a question but the second one maybe you are asking for something specific - like help cleaning your car or something.

The second is more lyrical. If I wanted to use one of these in a song I was writing, I'd use the second.
